- Do you charge extra to work in Star?
- No. Star is inside our regular service area, so travel is not a separate line item on the estimate.

- Measures are usually booked within a few business days. Install start depends on material and current schedule, typically one to three weeks out.
- Does a Star flooring replacement need a permit?
- Replacing a floor covering like for like normally does not require a building permit. If we find structural subfloor or joist damage that has to be repaired, we tell you whether that portion needs a permit or inspection before the work starts.
- What warranty covers work done in Star?
