Where we install flooring

We work across the Treasure Valley. Each city page covers the housing stock, the subfloor conditions we actually run into there, and what neighbors most often ask us to install.

Ada County

  • Flooring installation in Boise

Boise gives us the widest range of subfloors of any city in the Valley — 1910s fir over crawlspaces in the North End, 1970s particleboard in the Bench, and post-2015 slab-on-grade in the southeast. The right flooring answer changes street by street.

  • Flooring installation in Meridian

Meridian is mostly newer construction, which means flat slabs and clean plywood — but it also means builder-grade carpet and entry-level vinyl that homeowners want replaced within the first five to ten years.

  • Flooring installation in Eagle

Eagle projects skew toward larger square footage, wider planks and more detailed transitions — long sightlines through great rooms, and floors that have to run cleanly past islands, stair landings and multiple door openings.

  • Flooring installation in Kuna

Kuna is largely newer family housing with a rural edge — a combination that pushes most projects toward durable, waterproof surfaces that tolerate dogs, gravel drives and side yards under construction.

  • Flooring installation in Star

Star has grown quickly from a small river town into one of the Valley's busiest new-construction markets, so most of our work here is either finishing new builds or upgrading builder-grade packages soon after move-in.

  • Flooring installation in Garden City

Garden City is the Valley's most mixed built environment — riverside townhomes and modern infill next to older single-story housing and converted light-industrial space. Substrates vary wildly within a few blocks.

Canyon County

  • Flooring installation in Nampa

Nampa splits between older housing near downtown and Lakeview and fast subdivision growth toward the south and east. Those two halves need almost opposite approaches.

  • Flooring installation in Caldwell

Caldwell has one of the oldest housing stocks in the Valley alongside significant new construction, and a strong remodel market around the College of Idaho and downtown Indian Creek corridor.

  • Flooring installation in Middleton

Middleton sits between the older Canyon County towns and the newest Ada County growth, and the flooring work here reflects both: subdivision upgrades on one street, century-old farmhouse repair on the next.

  • Flooring installation in Melba

Melba and the surrounding farm ground are the rural south end of our service area. Projects here are typically whole-home, practical, and planned around the realities of country living.

Gem County

  • Flooring installation in Emmett

Emmett is a short drive over the hill and firmly in our service area. The housing is older on average than the Ada County suburbs, so subfloor condition drives most of what we recommend.

Elmore County

  • Flooring installation in Mountain Home

Mountain Home's high-desert climate is drier than the rest of the Valley, and the housing turns over faster because of the Air Force base. Both facts shape the flooring that makes sense here.
