Flooring installation · Treasure Valley, Idaho
Flooring installation done to the subfloor, not just to the surface.
Flooring installation for Treasure Valley homes. We install luxury vinyl plank, laminate, engineered hardwood, solid hardwood and tile in homes from the Boise Bench to the Nampa-Caldwell corridor — and we test and prep the substrate before a single plank goes down.
- Subfloor first
- Flatness checked and moisture tested before install.
- Five surfaces
- Vinyl, laminate, engineered, solid wood and tile.
- Valley-wide
- Twelve cities from Melba to Mountain Home.

How a project runs
1. Measure
We measure the real space, look at the subfloor and talk through how the rooms get used.
2. Written scope
Demolition, prep, material, install, transitions and trim — itemized, so you can compare bids fairly.
3. Prep and install
Moisture testing, leveling, then installation to the manufacturer's specification.
4. Walkthrough
We clean up, walk the floor with you under the room's own light, and fix anything you flag.
Where we work
Housing stock changes fast across the Valley. Each city page covers the subfloors, neighborhoods and conditions we actually run into there.

Frequently asked questions
- What areas of the Treasure Valley do you install in?
- Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Star, Garden City, Middleton, Melba, and out to Emmett and Mountain Home.
- What does a flooring installation estimate include?
- A measure of the actual space, a look at the existing subfloor, a written scope covering demolition, prep, material, install, transitions and trim, and a price. If we cannot see the subfloor, we say what we are assuming.
- Do you supply the flooring or can I buy my own?
- Both work. We can source material or install what you have already purchased, as long as it is a product we can install to the manufacturer's specification.
- How soon can you start?
- Typically one to three weeks out depending on season and whether material is stocked or special order. Call and we will tell you the current schedule honestly.
