What areas of the Treasure Valley do you install in?

Our base is Star, Idaho, and we install across Boise, Meridian, Eagle and Star, plus Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Garden City, Middleton, Melba, Emmett and Mountain Home.

Is the consultation and estimate free, and how does it work?

The in-home consultation and measure costs nothing. We measure the actual rooms, look at the subfloor, talk through how the space gets used, and follow up with a written estimate.

What flooring services do you offer?

Installation of luxury vinyl plank, laminate, engineered hardwood, solid hardwood and tile, along with the work around it: tear-out and disposal, subfloor flattening and repair, moisture testing, underlayment, transitions, thresholds and base or shoe molding.

How long does a flooring installation take?

Most single-level homes run two to five working days once material is on site. Tile takes longer because of cure time, and heavy subfloor repair or glued sheet vinyl removal adds a day or more. Your written scope gives a day range for your specific job.

Do flooring installations need permits or inspections?

A like-for-like floor covering replacement normally does not require a building permit in Treasure Valley jurisdictions. If a project runs into structural subfloor or joist repair, or ties into electrical or plumbing work, that portion can require a permit — we will say so before we start rather than after.

Can I see a portfolio or talk to references?

Yes. We can share references from recent Valley projects on request. We do not post customer reviews or star ratings we have not earned through a verified profile, so what you see on this site is limited to what we can actually back up.

Do you work on commercial spaces or only homes?

Our work is residential: houses, townhomes, condos and rental turns. Light commercial tenant spaces are sometimes a fit, but large commercial build-outs are not what we are set up for, and we will tell you that instead of stretching.

What warranty comes with the work?

Our installation carries a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. Material defects are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, and we install to their specification so that coverage stays intact.

Do you provide a written estimate?

Always. The estimate is itemized — demolition and disposal, subfloor prep, material, installation, transitions and trim — so you can compare it line by line against another bid instead of guessing at one lump sum.

What is included, and what is excluded?

Included: tear-out and haul-away of the old floor, subfloor prep described in the scope, installation, transitions and trim. Typically excluded unless listed: appliance disconnection, plumbing fixture removal, painting, structural joist repair, and unknown conditions hidden under the existing floor.

How do I make selections, and can you supply the material?

We can source material or install a product you purchased yourself, as long as it can be installed to the manufacturer's specification. We recommend viewing samples in your own light, over a day, before committing.

How are change orders handled?

If something appears after demolition — rotted decking, an unlevel slab, failed particleboard underlayment — we stop, show you, and price the additional work in writing before continuing. Nothing gets added to your invoice that you have not approved.

Who actually does the work — employees or subcontractors?

The same crew that tears out the old floor sets the last piece of shoe molding. You are not handed off partway through, and there is one point of contact for the whole job.

How should I prepare my home before install day?

Clear small furniture, breakables, closet floors and anything on the walls near the work area. We handle large furniture moving when it is in the scope. Plan for the rooms being unusable during install and for pets to be kept clear of tools and dust.
